Our Chili Infused gin brings a bold, warming twist on the clean, classic base of our London Dry style. Infused with both lightly toasted and fresh hot chilis, this gin delivers a medium heat that envelops the mouth evenly—pleasant, present, and never overpowering. Juniper, citrus, and aromatic spice flavours still shine, but the chili adds depth and intrigue, offering a subtle sweetness from the toasted chilis and a long, satisfying warmth. Perfect in a spicy G&T, a bold Bloody Mary riff, or sipped neat for those who like a bit of kick. It’s a bloody good way to stay warm this winter.

New Zealand Botanicals
New Zealand Botanicals is our earthy take on the botanical gin style. Juniper provides the classic structure, while coriander, licorice root, and cardamom add warmth and spice. But it’s the native ingredients that truly set this gin apart—horopito contributes a peppery snap, koromiko lends a subtle herbal edge, and kohekohe brings an earthy depth that evokes damp forest floors and native bush after rain. Smooth, savoury, and unmistakably New Zealand. Bloody good over ice or with a splash of tonic and garnished with a sprig of rosemary.

Our London Dry gin delivers a bold yet balanced expression of the London Dry style, where juniper anchors the profile with its unmistakable piney backbone, supported by a warming touch of licorice and the gentle spice of cardamom and coriander. Bright orange zest lifts the finish, giving a crisp, citrusy snap that keeps things refreshing. Smooth enough for a G&T, refined enough for a martini, and always bloody good.

Customer Reviews

'I have tried both the London Dry and New Zealand Botanical and they are both delicious, though interestingly I usually prefer a London dry style, I actually prefer the NZ botanical gin more. The flavour is delicious. Thank you again.'

'We've been playing around with the Bloody Good Gin and have come up with some delicious drops. I mean the gin on its own is a stand-out spirit - with notes of botanicals - hitting all the right spots.'
