We currently ship within New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the following business day. During busy periods, such as public holidays or special promotions, processing may take a little longer. If there are any delays or issues with your order, you’ll receive an email notification.

We offer the following shipping options for all orders:

Shipping times are estimates, and while we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays). Please check your tracking information for updates once your order has been dispatched.

5. Age Verification for Alcohol Purchases

As Bloody Good Gin sells alcohol, you must be 18 years or older to purchase from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.

Please note that all orders containing alcohol will require an adult signature upon delivery. The courier will check the recipient's ID to verify age, and if the recipient cannot prove they are 18 or older, the order will not be delivered and may be returned to us.

6. Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is accurate. If the address provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@bloodygoodgin.co.nz to update it before the order is shipped. If an item is delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences or provide a refund.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with our courier service to resolve the issue promptly. To assist with claims, we may ask for photos of the damaged goods and packaging. If your order is confirmed to be lost during transit, we will investigate the issue with the courier and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.
